PUBG Mobile Emulator – Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds became a pop-culture vernacular, in only two years of time. Taking the online multiplayer battle royale genre to unfathomable heights. It was initially launched on Windows on March 2017. Eventually then in May 2019, PUBG was made available for mobile supporting both Android and iOS.

Playing PUBG on a mobile phone had two major issues. One of them being battery draining, and another one being deploying unintentional actions, for instance, shooting while changing the player position. Demand led to supply, resulting in a lot of emulators to mushroom all over the internet to enjoy this online multiplayer battle royale game on the big screen, with extra controls (and freedom) of the mouse and the keyboard, allowing players with extra ease.

But, not only these third-party emulators stirred up a lot of controversies, had this quick fix come with its own set of consequential problems. Most emulators were found not to support either of both external devices (mouse & the keyboard), their graphics were never up to the mark. Pixelated glitches, screen blackouts during installation, game freezes, were a big off-put, there were also unknown reports with the hardware as well.

The Ultra HD resolution setting supports a 2K resolution giving you an otherworldly experience. For the Ultra HD 2K to work, you will require a Graphics Card of at least GTX 1060.

The game has three options; Rookie, Experienced and Pro. If you do not wish to play with the bots, you will have to opt for the Pro option. As a pro user, you can also tweak the engine’s performance by selecting appropriate DPI settings, processor and memory. Moreover, there are options for you to choose between Auto, Smooth, Balanced, and HD display quality. If this wasn’t enough you can also record your game play right from the emulator.

The controls on the emulator give users an experience similar to any native PC game. You need to click the mouse to attack the opponents and move the pointer to rotate the character. You will also find on-screen buttons that match the original Android version. Furthermore, there is a full screen mode that will give you enough room to find and kill other players into the game.

In initial testing of the emulator on a Windows convertible system, we concluded that the PUBG Mobile emulator doesn’t support touchscreen displays, unlike its original Android version, this we seen more as a pro than a con, as the mouse and keyboard give extra room and quicker movements to shoot and kill.
